Singh has appeared in publications such as Portals Magazine, Darwin Magazine and CIO Magazine and is a regular speaker at intranet, knowledge management and technical communication conferences. His research interests focus on knowledge management, organizational behavior and how disruptive technologies are changing the workplace.
